Samsung has since announced that it will not be flaunting the Galaxy S3 at MWC but there are rumblings that LG is prepping its quad-core X3 handset which could go head-to-head with the HTC One X in Barcelona.

A recently leaked ROM for the One X seems to confirm that it will be running Android version 4.0.3 will HTC's latest 4.0 sense interface over the top.

After that, rates will be “on average 70 percent less than major mobile carriers and 30 percent less than Skype.”
The app, which is available on both Android and iPhone, looks good and works quite well. At this time only a small number of my contacts are available for free app to app calls, which are purportedly “exceptional[ly] high-definition.” Outgoing calls use your existing phone number as call display, so unlike Dell Voice, which gives you an entirely new number, outgoing Vonage calls shouldn’t be cause to have your recipients hit the Ignore button.

In Sept two Unix like application groups, one supported by New samsung, and another by Apple, agreed to together develop Tizen, a new managing system for mobile phones and other gadgets, by joining their LiMo and Meego platforms in a bid to gain broader industry and consumer assistance.
"We have an effort that will mix bada and Tizen," a New samsung spokesperson verified senior v. p. Kang Tae-jin as telling Forbes magazine in an interview last week.
The open-source Tizen foundation supports multiple gadgets including smartphones on the market, products, Internet-enabled TVs, notebooks and in-vehicle infotainment techniques.

Nokia Lumia 900 “AT&T Ace” specs revealed
Nokia‘s upcoming Windows Phone flagship, the Lumia 900 aka the AT&T Nokia Ace, has been further detailed in another pre-CES leak. The roughly 4.3-inch WVGA smartphone will squeeze an 8-megapixel camera and 1,830 mAh battery into a near-12mm thick case, Pocketnow‘s sources claim, with the Ace/900 weighing just 18g more than the 3.7-inch Lumia 800 at 160g.
An image purportedly of the AT&T Ace leaked last week, showing the carrier’s logo as well as a 4G icon and front-facing camera. The assumption is that the Ace 900 will be one of AT&T’s first 4G LTE Windows Phones, tipped to go on sale sometime prior to the middle of 2012.
Other specs include 512MB of RAM and – despite a presumed carrier lock to AT&T – the inclusion of the 1700MHz band necessary for 3G on T-Mobile USA. The device is supposedly codenamed “Eloko” and will ship running Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, rather than Tango as some earlier rumors indicated.
